• For Clients: In the custom white labelled instance of Konverz AI provided to our clients, all data, including databases, is stored, and processed in isolation. This data is never exchanged between clients nor used by Konverz AI for any purposes other than storage and the provision of the contracted services. Client data may include administrative and hiring manager information used for authentication (via OTP) and communication regarding updates, billing, and other relevant notifications.
• For Job Candidates: Konverz AI collects job application data and personal information (PI), such as name, contact number, and email address, from job candidates. This information is used solely for providing technical support during product usage and is not intended for any other use by Konverz AI. All job candidate data is retained for a minimum of six months to aid clients in making hiring decisions.
